Safety (From 12 years old and over)

Our company cares about your safety. Many of our products contain small pieces which can cause choking in small children. Place your accessories in a place far from the reach of children.
Do not ingest parts. Children under the age of 12 should use them under adult supervision.

Deadlines and delivery

All of our products are made on demand within 7 to 12 working days. Each order is shipped by Canada Post. Delivery times without tracking can vary from 2 to 60 working days . We have no control over the speed of delivery. On the other hand, if you want faster service, you can select the option with tracking during your purchase if it is available depending on your location.

Customs fees and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be charged to you. We will not refund any fees.

Bulk orders

When you place multiple orders, we do our best to consolidate them. You may be charged two shipping costs if you purchase two products from two different categories. Excess charges will be refunded to you on the day of shipment.

Exchange and refund

Sales are final. No exchange or refund unless your package arrives damaged. Photo proof will be requested.
